  • Pure Complexions uses Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the privacy of your personal information. When you make an online purchase, our security technology encrypts and scrambles your personal data (including your name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, and credit card number) before it is sent to us. This makes it virtually impossible for anyone other than Pure Complexions to read it.

  • As an added security measure, we have hired McAfee (Formerly Scan Alert) to test the integrity of our website everyday to ensure you get the safest internet shopping experience available. Our McAfee Secure Certificate is displayed on the far left hand side of this screen.

  • Pure Complexions Product Catalog: Currently our online store is the only "product catalog" that we have available. For those that prefer a printed catalog, we are in the process of designing a paper version. Depending on costs we may charge a printing fee for this service.

  Ordering / Payment Info.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
     
  • There are no minimum orders at Pure Complexions.
     
  • For International Orders:

     
    To ensure optimal processing speeds, we only accept payment via PayPal for international orders. See our PayPal FAQ page for details.

     
  • For U.S. Online Orders:

    We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, & American Express.


     We also accept all forms of payment via PayPal.

     

  • For U.S. Mail Orders:

    We accept money orders & personal checks*.

    To place a mail order, simply place an order online & select "Check" as your payment method.

    Make check payable to Pure Complexions.
    There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.

  Cancellation Policy.
  • Orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible as orders can ship the same business day they are placed.
 
  Out of Stock / Back Order Policy.
  • Due to the delicate nature of the products we offer, we prefer to buy in short runs from the manufacturers to ensure you get the freshest products available.  Although we make every effort to keep products in stock, items may be "Out of Stock" from time to time.  You will be unable to purchase out of stock items until they come in. You can easily request to be notified when an Out of Stock item is replenished by clicking the "Add to Wait List" button located in all Out of Stock product detail screens (click on the product title to get to the details screen). Just enter your email address and we will notify you as soon as the product gets here. Unfortunately, if a product has multiple sizes/colors and only some of the sizes/colors are out of stock - you will not see an "Add to Wait List" link. In this case, please feel free to email us directly and our staff will be happy to let you know when the product comes in. Generally we re-order products with an active waiting list quicker than we re-order products without a waiting list.  
     
  • If the product runs out before we are able to change it in our system (this is a rare occurrence), you will be notified via e-mail and your order & bill will arrive without the out of stock item.  You must reorder the item when it becomes available.
     
  • Occasionally, the manufacturer will temporarily run out of products, and we are unable to replenish our stock. These Items will be labeled "Back Ordered" in the store and will not be purchasable until they come in.  These items will also have a waiting list option.

  • Shop Online 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
  • We are available by phone Monday-Friday from 9am - 2pm (EST)*.
  • *Special Holiday Hours: We are closed January 1st, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, July 4th, Labor Day (Sept 1st), Thanksgiving Eve (11/26), Thanksgiving Day (US), Black Friday (11/28), and December 24th and 25th.
  • *Special Telephone Hours: Our telephone support [including phone orders and product questions] is occasionally closed when our nursing staff is on travel and/or attending seminars/meetings. We will post special closure dates and re-opening times on our Contact Us page when they occur.
