Cart FAQ:
  1. My items disappeared. Where did they go? If your cart is left inactive for more than 1.5 hrs - the computer will assume it has been abandoned and return all of your products to the store's shelves (so they are made available for other customers to purchase).
  2. My items disappeared (it has been less than 1.5 hours)? If your cart is empty or not 100% up-to-date, you may have to refresh the screen before you can see all of your items. Some browsers (ex:Internet Explorer) are not refreshing the screens automatically, so you have to do it manually. The browser is just going back to its most recent memory of that screen instead of re-freshing it to show new content. To refresh (In Internet Explorer), click on 'View' at the top of the screen and select the 'Refresh' option. This problem may get better if you upgrade to the most recent version of Internet Explorer.
