Depending on workload, we try to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment!
USPS orders are shipped Monday - Saturday. UPS orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
Shipping Cost: You can easily preview your total shipping cost and options by using our online shipping calculator. Just add products to your cart (a mini cart will appear on the left hand side of the screen). Below the mini cart you'll see a link that says "Calculate Shipping" - just click it and input your country and zip code to see an accurate estimate for that order. Shipping and handling fees are based on order weight and shipping distance. Each U.S. order includes a $1.50 handling charge for 1st class mail, $2.40 for parcel post & $2.40 for priority mail. Each International Order includes a $3.40 handling fee. U.S. Orders over $99 qualify for reduced Priority Mail shipping fees.

Domestic (U.S.) Locations:
- The Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO / APO, Puerto Rico, & The US Virgin Islands.
  - Puerto Rico & US Virgin Island orders ship via domestic methods, but we prefer payment via PayPal. See our PayPal FAQ page for details.
  - US Virgin Islands: In order for our system to display your shipping options correctly, please select "Outside US" as your State/Province, type "USVI" in the Other State/Province blank, and select "United States" as your ship to Country.
  - FPO/APO Military Base Addresses: How do I fill out the online address form correctly?
    The Dept of Defense (DoD) requests that you use the servicemember’s full name (with or without grade, rank, or rating). The unit designation and APO/FPO address with the nine-digit ZIP Code is also required. When filling out the shipping address online, type either APO [Air/Army Post Office] or FPO [Fleet Post Office] in the City blank and select the appropriate military state code from our State/Province drop down menu (AA [Armed Forces Americas], AE [Armed Forces Europe / Canada / Middle East / Africa], or AP [Armed Forces Pacific]). Make sure the shipping Country is set to: United States. Do not use the base camp’s actual city or country, as it might be routed through the host country’s mail system.

International Locations:
- Australia*, Austria*, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada*, Costa Rica, Denmark, Estonia, Finland*, France*, Germany*, Greenland, Hong Kong*, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy*, Netherlands*, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom (Great Britain).
- Hong Kong does not use a zip code system, so please write "N/A" in the "ship to" zip code blank during checkout.
- *Import Restrictions: See details below;
  - Australia: Nutritional supplements containing growth hormones are restricted. No DHEA products (Rejuvenation Cream by PRL). Reference: Australia's import restrictions.
  - Austria: L-trytophane and any items having L-trytophane as an ingredient is restricted. Meltonin is prohibited (Melatonin Nano Plex by PRL).
  - Canada: Some natural ingredients are classified as a drug in Canada, thus are not allowed for import. The following ingredients are restricted: red yeast rice, velvet bean, Gotukola extract, Yohimbe bark powder, DHEA (Rejuvenation Cream by PRL), Vitamin K, Activated charcoal, Vitamin D > 1000 IU per dose (D3 Serum by PRL), Vitamin A > 10,000 IU per dose, Pregnenolone (Rejuvenation Cream by PRL), Folic acid > 1 mg per day, 1-Carnitine, Immunoglobulins (found in Colostrum) [Colostrum by PRL].
  - Finland: L-trytophane and any items having L-trytophane as an ingredient is restricted.
  - France or Germany: We cannot ship any nutritional supplements to France or Germany. Skin care products are allowed.
  - Hong Kong requires special import licensing for nutritional supplements, thus we cannot ship nutritional supplements to Hong Kong. Skin care products are fine.
  - Netherlands: Skin care products are allowed, but their are some import restrictions. Products containing DHEA (Rejuvenation Cream by PRL) and Melatonin are restricted (Melatonin Nano Plex by PRL).
  - Italy: Products containing L-trytophane and any items having L-trytophane as an ingredient are restricted.
- We will consider other International locations on an individual basis, please e-mail us with inquiries. We prefer payment via Paypal for all international orders. See our PayPal FAQ page for details.
- We cannot ship to China, Columbia, Greece, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, or Thailand at this time (due to Ministry of Health Regulations or import licensing requirements).

Tarrif/Duty Fees (Only applicable to International orders): Tariff or duty fees are taxes levied by the receiving country's government. Our shipping prices do not include import taxes or custom fees. These fees (if applicable) are applied to your shipment when it reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate import taxes or custom fees due to rate fluctuations. All import taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs office for details on how charges are applied in your location. Depending on the delivery area, your local post office may (at their discretion) deliver your package directly to the shipping address you provide, or they may send a notice for pick-up. International governments will collect the appropriate taxes and fees from you (either before or after delivery). Pure Complexions does not refund shipping fees for customers that refuse delivery. If orders are refused by customer or rejected at Customs, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.

Order Processing: Depending on workload orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received (1-3 business days). The shipping method/speed that you select during checkout includes order processing time (effective 1/26/08). USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) and USPS Express Mail International (4-6 days) include a Rush Processing fee in their price.

Rush Processing: If you're in a hurry, you can expedite the processing of your First Class, Parcel Post, or Prioirity Mail order, by purchasing Rush Processing for an extra $5.00 during checkout. Rushed orders can get to your door 1-2 days faster than regular orders. Rush processing is not available on Saturdays, so Rush orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will ship out Monday. Note: If you are paying by check or Paypal echeck, your order will not be shipped until payment is received. The $5 Rush Processing fee does not replace shipping and handling costs. Customers who add Rush Processing to their order, will be charged $5 plus the Shipping and Handling fees associated with the shipping method they select (First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail). USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air shipping methods already include a $5 Rush fee in their price.

Delivery Confirmation: We provide free delivery confirmation on all USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express, & UPS shipments. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Shipping Insurance:
- U.S. Orders: We automatically insure all U.S. shipments (no charge for you).
- International Orders: Effective 1-26-08 we will no longer automatically insure International orders. Shipping insurance is available for purchase for all Priority and Express Mail International orders during checkout. Pure Complexions is not responsible for international orders that are lost or rejected at customs. Due to a high rate of "lost" international orders, we highly recommend that you select an insured international shipping option.
Signature Confirmation: If you are concerned about the safety of your USPS First Class or Priority Mail package, you can add signature confirmation to your order during checkout for an additional $1.75. Simply check the "Add Signature Confirmation" box. With Signature Confirmation, someone must sign for your package, thus confirming delivery. If no one is home, packages are taken back to the post office and another delivery is attemped the next business day. If the package cannot be delivered on the 2nd attempt, it will be held at your local Post Office™ for ~15 days (during which time you can arrange redelivery or pickup your package). After 15 days, it will be returned to sender (Pure Complexions). The post office will leave delivery notices with each attempt. The delivery notices will include a "Return Date". Data collected with signature confirmation includes; date, time and location of delivery, plus you can request to have a letter faxed or mailed to you with a copy of the recipient’s signature.

Shipping Materials: We use recyclable shipping supplies and reuse all packaging materials from our stock shipments.

Shipping Speeds: We post the average shipping speeds provided by USPS on our website. The US Post Office only guarantees shipping speeds for Domestic (U.S.A) Express Mail International shipments. All other listed shipping speeds are averages and are not guaranteed. International orders may experience delays (outside of the average transit times) when they arrive at the destination country's Customs office. USPS is not responsible for Customs delays.

1. First Class (2-9 days): An economical option for light orders weighing less than 13 ounces.
2. Parcel Post (2-9 days): An economical option for orders weighing more than 13 ounces. NEW!!
3. Priority Mail (2-3 days): A speedy and economical option for orders weighing less than 4 pounds.
4. Priority Mail Flat-Rate (2-3 days): A speedy and economical option for orders weighing more than 4 pounds.
5. Reduced Pricing on USPS Priority Mail (2-3days): Unless you choose otherwise, all Domestic Orders over $99 will get Reduced USPS Priority Mail Shipping.
6. Express Mail (1-2 days): Our fastest domestic shipping service. Express Mail shipping prices include a Rush Processing fee, which thrusts the order to the front of our processing line. Express orders will ship out ASAP (depending on what time of day they are placed) - If you have a delivery deadline please let us know. Type the due date in our special instructions box during checkout. We will email you if delivery by this time does not look possible (due to our order load or postal service limitations). The Postal Service does not offer Next Day delivery to all US cities, depending on your location they may only offer a 2-Day delivery option. Rush Processing is not available on Saturdays, so Express Mail orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will ship out Monday.

United Parcel Service (UPS): Ships Monday - Friday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays! UPS does not ship to PO boxes. The below shipping speeds do not include order processing times. 1. UPS Ground (1-5 days): An excellent option for heavier packages and is ideal for shipping supplements - UPS does not irradiate packages. Click here to view a map of UPS Ground shipping times from our office.
2. UPS 3-Day Select (4 days): Delivered at the end of the 3rd day. A speedy option that is ideal for shipping supplements - UPS does not irradiate packages.
3. UPS 2nd Day Air (3 days): Includes a $5 Rush Processing Fee in the price. Rush Processing is not available on Saturdays, so 2nd Day Air orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will ship out Monday.
4. UPS Next Day Air (2 days): Includes a $5 Rush Processing Fee in the price. Rush Processing is not available on Saturdays, so Next Day Air orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will ship out Monday.

3. Priority Mail International (6-10 days) (Flat Rate Box) + Insurance: A speedy an economical option for heavy orders; One rate for Canada: $23.00, One rate for the rest of the world: $37.00. There is a 20 pound max for this flat rate box.
4. Express Mail International (3-7 days) + Insurance: Express Mail International is a reliable, high-speed mail service available to over 190 countries. Express Mail International shipping prices include a Rush Processing fee, which thrusts the order to the front of our processing line. Express orders will ship out ASAP (depending on what time of day they are placed) - If you have a delivery deadline please let us know.
