This makes it virtually impossible for anyone other than Pure Complexions to read it.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • You must purchase a minimum of $5.00 worth of products/samples.
  • For International Orders:

    To ensure optimal processing speeds, we only accept payment via PayPal for international orders. See our PayPal FAQ page for details.

  • For U.S. Online Orders:

    We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, & American Express.

     We also accept all forms of payment via PayPal.

  Cancellation Policy.
  • Orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible as orders can ship the same business day they are placed.
  Out of Stock / Back Order Policy.
  • Due to the delicate nature of the products we offer, we prefer to buy in short runs from the manufacturers to ensure you get the freshest products available.  Although we make every effort to keep products in stock, items may be "Out of Stock" from time to time.  You will be unable to purchase out of stock items until they come in. You can easily request to be notified when an Out of Stock item is replenished by clicking the "Add to Wait List" button located in all Out of Stock product detail screens (click on the product title to get to the details screen). Just enter your email address and we will notify you as soon as the product gets here. Generally we re-order products with an active waiting list quicker than we re-order products without a waiting list.  
  • For Orders less than $175: If there is an inventory error and our website accidently allows you to purchase an out-of-stock item, (this is a rare occurrence), you will be notified via e-mail that the product has been cancelled from your order (due to being out-of-stock). In this instance, we will automatically put you on the "Email waiting list" for the cancelled item. When it becomes available again, you may reorder the item at that time.
  • For Orders, valued $175 and higher: We offer free shipping on backordered (out of stock) items (if the item is scheduled to arrive within 2 weeks of the order date). In this instance, you will be notified by email that the product has been backordered and will be shipped separately asap.
  • Occasionally, the manufacturer will temporarily run out of products, and we are unable to replenish our stock. These Items will be labeled "Back Ordered" in the store and will not be purchasable until they come in.  These items will also have a waiting list option.
