Login / Account FAQ
  1. What does creating an account do?
    When you create an account with us, you choose a login and password that securely stores your basic customer information in our database (we do not store credit card information). When you return to shop, you simply login and all your shipping information, order history, and order tracking information is accessible in the "My Account" screen for a streamlined shopping experience. Plus Pure Complexions account holders get to participate in our free Pure Rewards program. Unless you sign-up for our quarterly newsletter, you will only receive emails from us that relate to the shipping and processing of your orders. We also do not share your personal information with 3rd parties - your privacy is extremely important to us!
  2. What is a "Login ID"?
    When/if you created an account, you were asked to create a unique login ID. A Login ID must be one word and contain no spaces. An example of a login ID is "naturalgirl22" (without the quotations). NEW: If you do not remember your Login ID, you can also type your Email Address in the "Login: or Email:" blank. .
  3. I forgot my password. What do I do?
    Our system has a secure password retrieval feature. In the above Login area, type your Login ID (or Email Address) into the blank. Then select the option "Please Email Me My Password". Then click the "Continue" button to submit your request. After you click the Login button you should see a blue message that says, "Your password has been sent". Passwords will be emailed to the email address we have on file. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your email account's junk mail folder.
  4. I forgot my Login ID. What do I do?
    If you forgot your login ID, you can also use your email address to access your account. Simply type your full email address (ex: email@aol.com) into the blank following "Login ID or Email:". Then type your password in the "Password" blank and then click, the "Continue" button. If you changed email address or forgot which email address is associated with your account, please email us at info@purebodysolutions.com. To validate your identity, please include your name and billing address zip code.

  5. I don't have an account - how do I create one?
    If you haven't created an account before, simply click on the "Create An Account" button.
  6. I don't want to create an account - what do I do?
    If you don't want us to store your basic customer information, simply click on the "Guest Checkout" button.
