  • Q: How do I sign up for a subscription?
    A: We're glad to hear you're interested! The first thing you need to do is register for a Pure Complexions customer account.

  • Q: Why should I sign up for a subscription?
    A: Do you use skin care or supplements daily, weekly, monthly? If you answered yes, then our subscription service is a great way to ensure you always have these staples in your home. And for your loyalty, we offer a 5% savings on all subscriptions. Stock up & save!
  • Q: How often will I receive a shipment?
    A: Subscription orders ship every 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 2 months, 3 months, or 6 months depending on the frequency of your plan. We will do our best to keep things as consistent as possible, though factors such as holidays and weather may cause slight delays. We address these things on a case by case basis and will always use our best judgement to ensure your order arrives timely and in great condition.
  • Q: Can I change the order frequency?
    A: Love our skin care more or less than you expected? To change the delivery frequency of your subscription, please follow the steps below:
    1. Login to your account
    2. Select Manage Subscriptions
    3. Click Edit Subscription on the product you want to edit
    4. Click Next Order Date and select the date you want your next order to be created, or click Term and select your desired reorder frequency.

      Please note that we are not able to make changes to orders that have already been processed. Please email us if you need assistance.

    A: Our subscription service offers the convenience of having our products automatically delivered to your door at a frequency you choose. We currently offer 6 options: 15, 30, 45 days, or Monthly (2, 3, & 6). After you place your initial order, your account will be automatically billed and your order will be shipped according to your desired reorder frequency.
