What can I use for a multi-vitamin?
To best determine this, you'll need to check your urine pH. Use pH Paper to test your pH.
If your urine pH is < 6.4, you'll need to correct your pH. A low pH indicates mineral deficiencies. PRL's pH Trio can rapidly restore tissue pH to a healthy range (usually within 1-2 weeks). The pH trio contains 3 products: The coral calcium will do most of the pH shifting. The cod liver oil contains vitamin D, which is required by your cells to absorb the calcium. The aloe is rich in trace minerals, which will assist the coral calcium in getting your pH up very quickly usually in 1-2 weeks.
If your urine pH is normal: 6.4-7.0, then you just need maintenance nutrient support, such as that found in Super Food Trio.
What if I only want to take 1 product as my multi-vitamin? Ideally, Super Food Trio is the best support, however, if you prefer to simplify things - Daily Multi-Vitamin is the 2nd best option.
What about A, B, C, D, & E vitamins? Does Super Food Trio contain those too?
Yes. The green grasses, blue green algae, and chlorella found in Greens Mix are rich in vitamin B-12 and other B-Complex vitamins and they also contain vitamin C, E, selenium, and beta carotene. Super Food Trio will cover all your basic vitamin and nutrient needs: Greens Mix will cover the major vitamins and trace minerals, Coral Complex will cover, your calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D requirements, and the EFA Blend will cover your basic fatty acid requirements. That being said, if you are experiencing stress on a daily basis, you may need extra help. Stress can rapidly deplete your B vitamin reserves (sometimes within a couple hours), so additional support may be required. Max Stress B contains 100% of the RDA's B vitamin requirements in just 1/2 tsp per day. It is a great addition to enhance the benefits of Super Food Trio, pH Trio, or a Daily Multi-Vitamin regime.
