Grass-fed and Pasture Raised: Kosher Beef Gelatin

WHY CHOOSE GREAT LAKES GELATIN®?

Our premium gelatin, made of ONE simple ingredient, provides you with exceptional cooking functionality at a fair price. Great Lakes Gelatin has been used for generations, and it can be found in kitchens worldwide.

Great Lakes Gelatin is a versatile cooking ingredient that is used in many thickening and gelling cooking applications from gelatin desserts to puddings to sauces. It will dissolve in hot liquids, and it will thicken upon cooling. It is also nearly tasteless, colorless and odorless.

For use in regular and dietetic recipes:

  • Beef Gelatin
  • Unflavored
  • Kosher
  • Gelatin dietary supplement
  • Collagen joint care
  • Pure protein
Has all the same benefits as the hydrolysate. Gelatin will clump up in cold liquids. It is recommended to either dissolve in hot liquid or room temperature liquids which allows product to dissolve or swell.

How much should I take? We recommend one to two servings per day depending on your diet, activity level and need. One serving in the morning and one later in the day is best. Any excess protein will simply flush out of the body without any issues to you.
